Your ideas deserve to be heard. Learn to express them in English with the confidence and precision that get results.

For professionals who work in English every day and want to do it with more impact.

Who this is for

Sounds familiar?

You're capable. Your English shouldn't hold you back.

You follow the conversation in meetings but hold back when it's your turn to speak.

You know exactly what you want to say βθτ finding the right way to say it in English is the harder part.

You write professional emails, but you're never quite sure they land the way you intend.

You work with international teams, senior leaders, or external stakeholders, and you want to show up with more confidence and less second-guessing.

If any of that resonates, you're in the right place.

Three ways to learn—choose what fits

Each tier builds on the last. Start where you are, go as far as you want.

Tier 1: Self-Paced Program

Learn at your own pace through a structured, scenario-based curriculum. Complete written and spoken tasks, review model answers, and connect with a community of fellow learners.

Best for: professionals who prefer independent study with a clear framework.

A woman with reddish brown hair and a red headband is having a video call on her laptop while holding an open notebook and gesturing with her hand. The woman appears to be speaking, and the person on the screen is a blonde woman holding a yellow pencil and a notepad in a bright room.

Tier 2: Self-Paced with AI Coaching

Everything in Tier 1, plus an AI coach that gives you instant, personalised feedback on every task across all modules. Practise as many times as you like, at any hour with instant feedback.

Best for: professionals who want feedback and accountability without fixed session times.

Two professionals in a meeting room with documents and a whiteboard, one woman with blonde curly hair in a grey blazer and a man with dark hair in a black suit working on a laptop.

Tier 3: Personalised Mentorship

Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus 10 additional real-world scenarios and direct access to Pola for personalised support on your own work situations over three months.

Best for: professionals who want expert guidance tailored specifically to their context and goals.

What makes this different

  • Every module follows a realistic business scenario. You write proposals, chair meetings, handle difficult stakeholders, and negotiate outcomes. The language develops through doing, which means it transfers directly to your actual job and not just to the next lesson.

  • Every task asks you to produce something whether it’s a written response, a spoken recording, or a professional email. Whether you're working independently, with AI coaching, or with personalised mentorship, the learning is always active and always in context.

  • This programme was built specifically for professionals who already work in English but want to do it with more confidence, more precision, and more impact. Not for beginners. Not for exam candidates. For people who know the language and want to own it.

Can’t AI just fix my English?

Honestly, yes. For a lot of things.

AI tools are genuinely useful for polishing a sentence, adjusting a tone, or checking whether something sounds natural. If you need a quick fix before hitting send, they work.

But there is a difference between fixing what you have already written and knowing how to handle a situation in the first place.

AI can improve a draft. It cannot help you read a difficult stakeholder and adjust your approach in the moment. It cannot give you the confidence to speak up in a meeting when you are not sure your point will land. It cannot build the judgement that comes from practising real professional situations, getting specific feedback, and doing it again.

What this programme develops is not better vocabulary. It is knowing what to say, how to say it, and when, in the situations that actually matter at work. That is not something you outsource to a tool. It is something you build.

And for what it is worth, AI is part of this programme. The AI coaches give you feedback on every written and spoken task. But the practice is yours. The confidence is yours. And unlike a tool that fixes your words for you, what you build here stays with you.

A programme built from real experience

Orion Global English was designed by an L&D specialist who spent years working with professionals in exactly this situation, capable, experienced, and held back not by their knowledge but by the gap between what they wanted to say and how it came out in English.

Every module, every scenario, and every task in this programme exists because that gap is real, and because it closes with the right kind of practice.

Early enrolments are open. If you'd like to be among the first cohort, get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.

Pola Papadopoulou, founder of Orion Global English

Behind the programme

Hi, I'm Pola. I'm a Learning & Development specialist with a background in instructional design, intercultural communication, and corporate training.

I built this programme because I kept seeing the same thing: talented professionals holding back in meetings, second-guessing their emails, underselling their ideas, not because their English was poor, but because they'd never had a chance to practise in the situations that actually matter at work.

Orion is built like a real project. You'll write proposals, run meetings, handle pushback, and negotiate outcomes all while developing the communication skills to do it with more confidence.

How it works

A workspace with a laptop, notebook, pen, potted succulent, and decorative vases on a wooden desk.

Choose your programme

All three programmes are built on the same scenario-based curriculum. Start with the tier that suits your learning style and schedule. If you want to go further later, upgrading is straightforward and your progress carries with you.

A group of people sitting around a wooden conference table using laptops, tablets, and smartphones during a meeting. There are notebooks, pens, coffee mugs, and small potted plants on the table.

Learn through a real scenario

Every module follows Project Orion, a fictional but realistic business initiative. You take on the role of a project manager working with international stakeholders across cultures and time zones. Each module puts you in a situation you'll recognise from your own working life and asks you to respond in English.

A woman stands confidently at the head of a conference table with her hands on her hips, smiling, while four others, three women and one man, sit around the table with laptops, listening and engaging in a meeting in a bright modern office with large windows and city view.

Build skills that transfer

Because the learning happens in context rather than in isolation, what you practise moves directly into your real work. By the end, you won't just know more English. You'll communicate with more confidence, more clarity, and more impact in the moments that matter.
