Business communication for real work in English
Designed for professionals working in international environments
Who this is for
Sounds familiar?
You follow the conversation in meetings but hold back when it's your turn to speak.
You know what you want to say but finding the right way to say it in English is the harder part.
You write professional emails, but you're never quite sure they land the way you intend.
You work with international teams, stakeholders, or senior leaders, and you want to show up with more confidence.
If any of that resonates, you’re in the right place.
Three ways to learn—choose what fits
Learn at your own speed with structured lessons.
Self-Paced Program
Structured support to apply learning in real work situations.
Guided Coaching
Personalised one-to-one mentorship for senior-level communication.
Executive Mentorship
What makes this different
-
Choose the level of structure that suits you — from flexible independent study to one-to-one mentorship. All three programmes are built around the same realistic business scenario, so the learning feels connected, not fragmented.
-
Every module is grounded in real workplace situations: writing proposals, running stakeholder meetings, handling difficult feedback, negotiating outcomes. You practise by doing, not by drilling grammar rules in the abstract.
-
This programme was designed specifically for people who work across languages, cultures, and time zones. The challenge isn't vocabulary but confidence, clarity, and knowing how to adapt. That's exactly what this addresses.
Early feedback
Orion Global English is a new programme. If you'd like to be among the first cohort and share your experience, get in touch — early enrolments receive a discounted rate and direct access to our team during the course.
Behind the programme
Hi, I'm Pola. I'm a Learning & Development specialist with a background in instructional design, intercultural communication, and corporate training.
I built this programme because I kept seeing the same thing: talented professionals holding back in meetings, second-guessing their emails, underselling their ideas — not because their English was poor, but because they'd never had a chance to practise in the situations that actually matter at work.
Orion is built like a real project. You'll write proposals, run meetings, handle pushback, and negotiate outcomes — all while developing the communication skills to do it with more confidence.
How it works
Choose your programme
Start with the self-paced course as it's the foundation all three programmes are built on. Add coaching or mentorship if you want live, personalised feedback alongside your independent study.
Learn through a real scenario
Every module follows a fictional but realistic business project called Project Orion. You'll take on the role of a project manager working with international stakeholders — writing, presenting, negotiating, and communicating your way through the whole thing.
Build skills that stick
Because the learning happens in context, not in isolation, what you practise transfers directly to your real work. By the end, you won't just know more English. You'll communicate differently.
