Your team is capable. Make sure their English reflects that.

Practical business English training for international teams built around real workplace situations, not textbook exercises.

The problem

What gets in the way

When English is the working language and it's not everyone's first, the cracks show up in specific places.

Meetings where some team members contribute freely and others stay quiet. Emails that take twice as long to write and still don't quite land. Presentations that undersell the work behind them. Decisions that stall because something got lost between languages, cultures, or communication styles.

None of this is about intelligence or capability. It's about having the right tools for the context and most business English training doesn't provide them. It teaches grammar and vocabulary in the abstract, with no connection to what your team actually does at work.

That's the gap this training is designed to close.

What this training does

We help international teams communicate with more clarity, confidence, and consistency in meetings, written communication, stakeholder conversations, and the everyday interactions where language either supports or slows down the work.

The approach is practical and scenario-based. Participants study English so they can use it to do things: write proposals, run meetings, handle difficult feedback, negotiate outcomes. The learning happens in context, which means it transfers to real work far more readily than anything covered in a conventional language course.

All programmes are designed to be relevant to how your team actually works, flexible enough for busy professionals, and scalable across different roles and seniority levels.

This isn't about perfect English. It's about communication that moves work forward in English.

    Real workplace communication skills

What Your Team Will Learn

Your team will develop practical communication skills they can apply immediately in the meetings, messages, and professional interactions that make up their working day.

They will learn:

  • to express ideas, decisions, and next steps clearly in English across meetings, calls, and written messages.

  • to write professional, natural-sounding emails and internal communications that read as intended.

  • to use the right register and tone across different audiences, from close colleagues to senior stakeholders.

  • to handle difficult moments at work with the language tools to stay clear, measured, and professional.

  • to sound credible and confident without overcomplicating their language.

  • to reduce the misunderstandings that arise when English phrasing, tone, or cultural context is not quite right.

As their English becomes more precise and more natural, something else tends to follow: greater confidence in contributing, less hesitation in meetings, and fewer of the miscommunications that slow teams down. That is not a separate outcome. It is what happens when people have the right language for the situation they are in.

All training is designed and delivered personally by me.
